So we have a menu whereby it costs £6.95 per head for instance for 100 people to have a choice from the menu of either a burger, hot dog and chips.
We would not be able to offer any refund if not everyone was to eat as we would need to stock up for the minimum of the 100 people.

Thank you, please can you confirm if you offer a cash sales service? What I’m looking to do is pay the price quoted up front then the caterers take cash on the day from guests on my behalf return these takings to me. This would guarantee full payment of the quote either way, thnanks
