Sorry can I just ask too, so in terms of the vegan and vegetarian burgers, do we ask our guests closer to the time if they would want a vegetarian/ vegan burger and then let you know the number so you know how many to bring or do the guests just choose on the day what they would prefer?
Also, we are getting married at 3:30pm, and as the marquee will be on our land no one will be there in case you need to know anything, as you will be arriving around 4pm to serve at 5:30pm if I’m correct? As soon as you come down the track you will see the marquee and can set up wherever you see fit, however i think it would be best if we served at 6pm instead so that I can ask someone to rush back after the ceremony to meet you in case you need to know anything or if you get lost. So if it was 6pm serve, you would arrive at around 4:30pm is that correct?
Sorry I hope that makes sense, I’m such a worrier so just want to make sure everything would run smoothly haha!

Also I would like to explain you in details, how we will proceed in the day of the wedding ( if you decide to go ahead with us of course).
We will arrive at the given address an hour and a half earlier to set up and make everything ready for you and your guests.
At 17:30 the food will be ready for serving.
When all your guests have their portions and everyone is happy we will leave you guys to have fun.
We will take care of rubbish and make sure everything is clean and tidy.

The burgers goes with: bacon, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, grilled halloumi cheese, sauce and chips.
The portions are literally huge, and I am sure it will be enough for your guests.
I will be prepared with gluten free burgers/ portions for your guests as well.
Traveling is also ok for us, not to worry.
I can confirm we are available for this date as well.
Just to let you know, we are fully self efficient. There is No need of power or water supply at the day of the wedding.
However a minimum deposit is required in order to keep your caterer and day booked in.

Hi,
So sorry, all of the emails are going into my junk and I was waiting for a response from KK catering so it’s been a bit confusing!
We have 60 guests, 4 of which are children. The serve time would be 17:30 on 7th May 2022.
We would also need to provide for 2 gluten free guests. Do you also serve chips with the burgers? We are wanting this to be the only food that we are having at our wedding, is the serving size enough for this to be the wedding breakfast?
