Price for above package = £995 Hello We are Little Reds the authentic wood fired pizza company. A mobile catering company based in Wokingham, Berkshire, providing authentic Italian style pizza that we cook in our wood fired pizza ovens. We have been operating since May 2015 and have had a very successful start to our venture, with excellent feedback from all our clients on our food offering and our Little Reds Pizza oven. All our products are made in house by myself, from our dough and sauces through to desserts, incorporating local seasonal ingredients with authentic Italian products. We offer a variety of packages to suit most budgets ranging from our simple pizza and salad options through to more bespoke menus. We liaise with all our clients to help them achieve a unique catering option on their very special day, one that will ensure that they and their guests will remember their day for a long time to come. We have two operating units, one is an oven on a trailer and comes complete with a gazebo setup and serving area. We also have our brand new horse box conversion that is now our mobile wood fired pizza kitchen. I have attached images of both units to give you an idea of each setup. Both are available upon request and there are no extra charges for their hire. We provide all the necessary equipment and tables, disposable plates, napkins etc, leaving you with nothing to do but enjoy the party. I personally have been a chef for the last 30 years and have worked in a number of high quality restaurants during this time that I believe allows us to provide a excellent standard of catering and knowledge when providing for our clients. Please be assured we are in possession of all relevant local authority documentation and are a member of the National Caterers Association (NCASS), all of which can be made available upon request.
